We are uniquely and wonderfully made, and our uniqueness pervades every part of our lives, including what we eat. Which means that one size doesn’t fit all. We need to determine what our unique constitution is and where we are out of balance in order to determine what foods and lifestyle changes we need to make to live in harmony with nature and daily biorhythms; the way our Creator intended for us to live.
Digestive Health
The initial consultation is an in-depth analysis of your body, mind, and spirit according to Ayurveda. You will be asked to fill out an on-line Digestive Health Intake Form which is a review of your health history and lifestyle routines. This will help me get to know more about the client’s unique situation and individual needs. Through this analysis, I will equip you with a treatment program that’s specific to you. This personalized treatment program consists of dietary and lifestyle recommendations that will get you on the path to a more balanced and vibrant you! At the end of your first consultation, you will understand your unique constitution (body/mind type) and any imbalances that may be present. (Initial consult 90 minutes)
Follow-up visits are based on the individual client’s needs and are 45 minutes.
