Join me for this 45 minute virtual Q&A session on how the cleanse works, cleansing options, and a walk through the Renew Wellness Cleansing Guide. The cleanse will begin on October 27th for 10 days. The cleanse consists of four days Pre-Phase, five days Main Phase, and Re-introduction Phase. An Ayurvedic cleanse is an ancient process that helps to gently nourish the deep tissues and guide the body into burning old, stored fat-soluble toxins. It resets the digestive system with seasonal food and daily practices. The cleanse sets the stage for the body to naturally and gradually let go of the toxins that could affect emotions, mental clarity and the immune system. In the Fall, we rid the body of all the heat from the summer. When we cleanse, we reset our digestive system which can help alleviate seasonal allergies, symptoms from auto-immune diseases, and food allergies, to name a few.   Ayurveda does not offer an one-size-fits-all solution—no silver bullet to heal one and all. Instead, it teaches us how to better align with our truest inner nature, and to reinvigorate our own innate intelligence in order to guide a very gentle and authentic healing process.   The Ayurvedic approach to cleansing is typically built around a monodiet that includes whole grains, legumes, vegetables, ghee, many spices, and a wide variety of flavors. While your diet will be simplified, you will not be fasting. In fact, you will continue to enjoy tasty and satisfying meals, teas, complete proteins, and a balanced diet overall.
