Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours’ notice for all circumstances. If a patient is unable to give 24-hour advance notice and Renew Wellness cannot fill the appointment time, half (½) the price of the scheduled appointment will be charged to the card on file. Cancellations with less than 3 hours’ notice will be charged full price of the scheduled appointment. “No-Show" incidents are charged 100% of the scheduled appointment fee. Please understand there are few exceptions, as appointments are reserved ahead of time, late cancellations/no-show incidents directly impact the livelihood of your practitioner. Please call if you would like us to assist you in rescheduling your appointment. • This is best for a woman who is secure in her career, secure financially with disposable income and is looking for a higher quality of service and tangible results in her emotional health and love life.
